This is a lovely, silky and very soft cotton/bamboo blend. Great for summer tops, kid and baby projects. Beginning knitters may percieve it as "splitty". This softly spun quality is integral to the drape and hand of the fabric, so it's a bit of a trade-off - we find it well worth the challenge! Hand or machine wash, gentle.
