Bulky weight 3 ply wool in a beautiful heathered teal. The color is a beautiful blend of bright and muted teal. Alas, it is discontinued. I have this and a few other colors. It's got a bouncy feel, not ultra-soft like baby merino, but not coarse like some wools. I think it would be great for cozy quick-knit hats, mittens, and scarves.

Machine washable, but do use a very gently cycle. Personally I always handwash my handknits, and recommend that because machine washing involves a lot of rubbing against other fabrics, resulting in more fuzzing, and loss of stitch definition.
