Lamb's Pride superwash sport weight 3 ply wool in a really lovely, bright, and happy marl. The individual plies are deep rose pink, orchid and raspberry red. Sadly, it is discontinued. I have this and a few other colors. I've used this over the years and it's a beautiful, high quality, long-wearing yarn, suitable for many types of projects.
 
Machine washable, but do use a very gently cycle. Personally I always handwash my handknits, and recommend that because machine washing involves a lot of rubbing against other fabrics, resulting in more fuzzing, and loss of stitch definition. Mothproofed, and made in the USA.
